After one year of studying, Margie has completed Anywhere, Anytime Meditation teacher Training with Tergar International. This is what she has to say:

"This has been an amazing experience to learn this meditation training. 96 of us from around the world studied together - only about 1/4 from the US! The curriculum included teachings by Mingyur RInpoche and other amazing teachers from scientists to activists. Mingyur has distilled many complex teachings into easy to understand lessons that can speak to both new and seasoned meditators.

I'm looking forward to teaching more Mediation for Beginners along with this new 5 week curriculum that goes with the Anywhere Anytime Meditations."

Evanna Koska, Margie Rodgers, Kell Julliard, and Seamus Kennedy met with Mingyur Rinpoche in Boston in 2022.

A Path Inward

Deepening Your Meditation Practice

Take some time to spend with yourself, your mind and heart. This weekend retreat will help you calm your mind and deepen your relationship with yourself and the world.

This weekend-long retreat is a wonderful opportunity for inner exploration and peace. By dedicating time to meditate and reflect, you’ll likely experience a deeper sense of calm and connection, both with yourself and with the world around you.

While rooted in Buddhist teachings and practices, this meditation retreat is compatible with all spiritual and philosophical perspectives. It  serves to remove distractions and allows individuals to focus on their inner landscapes. This can help participants cultivate mindfulness, equanimity, compassion, and a greater understanding of the nature of their thoughts and emotions. Whether you're looking to deepen your spiritual practice or spend some time in stillness, this retreat offers a nourishing environment for self-discovery.

Meditation retreats are part of the spiritual path, helping us remove the clutter and noise of the world to live more fully from our authentic selves.

We will be studying the book “No Self, No Problem” by Anum Thubten
Both Seamus and Margie found great inspiration in this book. Some of our community has gone to retreats with Anum Thubten and find him a warm and wise teacher. He also happens to be a friend of Pema’s!
