Wednesday Evening Meditations
Wednesdays
6:30-7:30 PM

Wednesdays can be a mid-week refuge and a way to rebalance a busy week.
Silence and stillness have an amazing healing effect on our minds and bodies. For 30 minutes, we settle into a semi-guided meditation together.
When done, we have a wisdom (or dharma) reading, or we spend some time discussing/answering questions about deepening meditation practices.
In Person at Heart to Heart Yoga & Healing 315 W Water Street, Elmira, NY 14901
Beginners are always welcome!

Morning Meditations
Monday, Wednesday, Friday Mornings Meditation 6:30-6:55am
Start your day off with a 20-minute sit by zoom.
Seamus leads each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning with a short reading to get your engine running.
Easy on, easy off with no socializing or discussion -- you can even show up with bed head and your pjs! (no judgement.)
A monthly opportunity for a deeper dive into spiritual practice! Usually led by Seamus.*Please note that the monthly Long Practice is in-person only, there will be no Zoom participation.* The Long Practice is limited to 8 participants, so please contact Seamus to register or for more information: SeamusDKennedy@gmail.com or (607) 846-0600
The long practice is a bit more formal than our other gatherings, to support our intentions, and is regarded as a micro-retreat. While we will rely on our Tergar practice generally, our discussions are not limited to Buddhism. Integral approaches and perspectives are always welcome!
